Excerpt from the EU AI Act (Art. 4)
“Providers and users of AI systems shall take measures to ensure, to the best of their ability, that their staff and other persons involved in the operation and use of AI systems on their behalf possess a sufficient level of AI competence, taking into account their technical knowledge, experience, education, and training, as well as the context in which the AI systems are to be used and the persons or groups of persons on which the AI systems are intended to be used.”

Who is this course for?
It’s designed for anyone who already uses—or plans to use—AI in their daily work, regardless of technical background. It’s especially valuable for teams that want to prepare for an AI-driven future together.
Is the AI Literacy Certificate mandatory for me?
If your company uses AI tools like ChatGPT, you’re required to demonstrate AI expertise as of February 2025. This is outlined in the EU AI Act (Article 4).
Do I need prior knowledge?
No. The training is structured so that no specific AI or technical background is needed.
How does the course work?
You’ll begin with a self-paced e-learning module and then join a live online session, where you can deepen your understanding and have your questions answered.
How long does the training take?
The entire training spans about four weeks, starting with the e-learning module and ending with the live online session.
How are the live online sessions conducted?
They are held via Microsoft Teams on scheduled dates.
